Ardha Katichakrasana
By doing this asana, the fat deposited near the waist is reduced. Apart from this, the loose stomach also gets tensed. To do Ardha Katichakrasana, stand straight. Then raise your left hand and bend to the right. Stretch your waist as much as possible. To do Uttanasana, stand straight and maintain a distance of one feet between both the legs. Now raise your hands up and bend below the waist.
