1. Drink plenty of water instead of tea on an empty stomach

Most people like to drink tea or coffee after waking up in the morning. But if you drink a big glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning, it will be very beneficial for you. Actually, after sleeping all night, the body remains completely dehydrated and when tea or coffee enters the body on an empty stomach, our body has to suffer a lot. In such a situation, if you make it a habit to drink water after waking up in the morning, then not only will the body get energy, but your brain and kidneys will also be able to work better.

2. Take plenty of protein in breakfast

It is said that breakfast should always be eaten like a king and dinner like a beggar. Yes, if you start your morning with a good and nutritious meal, you will feel fit and energetic throughout the day. In such a situation, definitely consume protein in breakfast. When you take protein in breakfast, blood sugar remains controlled, the body gets energy, you do not feel hungry quickly and your mood also remains good. Not only this, you are also able to control your weight.

3. One fruit is a must every day

Make it a habit to eat at least one fruit a day. You can use it as a snack. If you eat fruit every day, the body gets the necessary fiber, vitamins, minerals, which keeps both digestion and health good.

4. Use stairs

According to a research, if you climb 60 stairs in 20 seconds three times a day, then your cardio fitness increases by 5 percent. Cardio fitness is most important for your overall fitness. It also reduces the risk of heart disease and keeps the muscles strong.

5. Drink green tea

If you consume green tea instead of tea and coffee throughout the day, you can get a lot of benefits from it. It also keeps away heart diseases and due to its rich antioxidant properties, it cures many problems.
