In such a situation, the problem of strain and stiffness in the nerves of the neck and shoulders has become quite common. If you also struggle with this routine every day, then definitely take out time to do these 4 exercises every day.

Garudasana
Sit in the Kamalasana posture and then cross both the hands and make a Namaste posture by placing the palms close to each other. Keep inhaling and exhaling while doing this action. Now while doing this posture, bend the head down and try to touch the ground with the hands. Doing this asana helps in removing the stiffness in the shoulders.

Thread the Needle
To do this exercise, get down on your knees and place both palms on the ground. Now raise your right hand upwards in the air and then bring it down and take it below the left hand. During this, keep in mind that the right hand should not be allowed to touch the ground. Similarly, repeat the action with the left hand as well. Breathe slowly and repeat this action with both hands.

Chest Opener
To do this exercise, lie down on your stomach. Then move both hands backwards and then try to cross the fingers of both hands. Repeat this action.

Chest Opener
Lying on your back, turn to your left side. Then bend your right leg from the knee and place it on top of the other leg in front. Now place the hands on the right side first, one on top of the other. Then move the left hand to the other side without turning. So that the chest is completely stretched and the hands touch the ground. Then bring the hands back and join them. Do this on both sides.
