But the stamina of some people is so low that they get tired after doing even a little work. But the good thing is that stamina can be improved by improving lifestyle, changing eating habits and increasing physical activities. No compromise with breakfast: Breakfast is not called the most important meal of the day for no reason. According to a study published in the American Journal of Physiology, people who exercise after having breakfast, their bodies convert carbohydrates into energy faster. This means that such people have better stamina. Start your day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast. This will not only improve your metabolism but will also give your body the necessary energy after a break of 8-10 hours.

If you often feel lack of energy, the reason could also be dehydration. Increase your fluid intake to always be full of energy. Drink water at regular intervals. Women who feel that their stamina is very low, they can drink a cup of beetroot juice for breakfast. It contains a good amount of nitrate, which gets converted into nitric acid and works to increase stamina by improving blood circulation and controlling blood pressure.

Drinking lukewarm water is the most common and effective way to speed up metabolism and improve the digestive system. Drink a glass of lukewarm water in the morning on an empty stomach and in small quantities after lunch or 2-3 times a day. This increases stamina and endurance.

They also help in controlling sugar level in the body. Fresh fruits, dry fruits, sweet potatoes, brown bread, brown rice etc. are good sources of carbohydrates.

Magnesium converts glucose into energy. This provides instant energy to the body. Magnesium is found in good quantities in green leafy vegetables, dry fruits, seeds, fish, soybean, bananas and dark chocolate.

When you exercise or do other physical activities, you sweat. Many minerals also come out of it. Reducing salt intake can lead to an imbalance of electrolytes and sodium levels can drop suddenly. This may cause dizziness and reduce stamina. Therefore, 2300-2400 mg of salt should be consumed daily.

Exercising regularly increases stamina and keeps fatigue away. Light exercises like jogging, cycling, swimming and walking also burn calories and increase stamina. Yoga is also very effective in increasing stamina. Doing yoga regularly speeds up metabolism and increases stamina.

get plenty of sleep
Taking seven to eight hours of sleep reduces stress and makes metabolism and digestive system work better. Good and adequate sleep also increases stamina. To get a good sleep at night, have dinner 2 hours before sleeping and take a walk after dinner. Also stay away from phones and other gadgets.
