Avoid eating foods that cause excessive vomiting. Eat or drink things that taste like lemon or orange. Many people also get relief by drinking Limca mixed with lemon and a little black salt. You can also prevent frequent vomiting by placing a digestive tablet or candy in your mouth. If these do not provide relief and vomiting occurs more than three times a day, consult your gynecologist.
If premenopausal changes occur, menstrual changes may also be caused. At the age of 40, menstruation often becomes irregular due to some problem. Therefore, first of all eliminate the possibility of any kind of problem by getting all the necessary tests done and then take medicines as per your doctor’s advice so that your menstruation comes on time and the menstrual cycle does not get prolonged.
