Therefore, excess oil, fatty foods, junk food, fast food should be avoided. One should always eat healthy and balanced food.

Tips to stay fit after 30
Now that eating habits and lifestyle have become completely unbalanced, the question is how to stay fit? Regarding this, health experts say that if we keep our eating habits correct and do not make mistakes, we can never become unfit. If some mistakes are not made after dinner, then a person can remain fit and healthy even after the age of 30.

Don’t look at the screen after eating
Health experts say that nowadays most people watch mobile-TV during or after having dinner. This method is not correct at all. Due to this, the level of stress hormones can increase and night sleep can also be disturbed. Therefore, one should not go to bed for at least an hour after eating food.

Do not rest immediately after eating
Most people have a habit of going to bed immediately after dinner. This is the biggest mistake. Due to this, enzymes are not able to come out to digest food and many types of problems can arise. Therefore, do not go to bed immediately after eating food.

abstinence from smoking and alcohol
Some people have the habit of drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes after dinner. This method is also very wrong. This can cause immediate acid reflux in the stomach, heartburn, indigestion. If someone does this for a long time, his body can become home to diseases.

Go for a walk.
Health experts say that if you want to stay fit, then take a walk for a while after dinner. Even though it may be a bit tiring, it will give you restful sleep and keep you fit.
