But for the fitness tips that we are going to share with you today, you will not have to go to a gym or fitness club and pay a huge amount. By including these tips in your routine sitting at home without spending any money, you can lose weight by burning calories faster. The special thing is that these simple fitness tips also give you results soon.

Skipping
Jumping rope strengthens your core body. It helps in reducing belly fat and tightening muscles. Jumping rope can also strengthen your core and leg muscles. Jump rope at least 50-100 times daily.

washing clothes
If you are looking for something to do while sitting at home, by doing which you can exercise your entire body, then start washing clothes by hand. Washing, wringing and drying clothes by hand can be a great exercise. By doing this you can burn 100 to 200 calories.

going up and down stairs
If there is always pain in your feet, then you should start climbing and descending the stairs. By doing this exercise, along with strengthening the legs, the bones become healthy and the muscles of the lower parts of the legs also become strong.
