If you too are tired of trying weight loss methods. Try sitting in this posture daily for one to two months. This will help in balancing the increasing weight of your body. This is a kind of yoga posture in which fingers are used.

Surya Mudra will help in weight loss
-Practice this Surya Mudra daily for about 5-10 minutes while sitting. This will help in balancing the increasing body weight. Learn the correct way to do Surya Mudra.

-First of all, sit with your legs folded. Sit in Sukhasana posture.

-Keep your back and neck straight and keep your hands on your knees.

-Now keep the palms facing the sky.

-Press your ring finger on the palms and turn it downwards. Then with the help of thumb, press the middle part of the ring finger and maintain this posture. Now leave your hands on your knees and close your eyes and chant Om. Or sit quietly.

-Practice this posture daily for at least 3-5 minutes. Within a few days, your body weight will be balanced.

Benefits of doing yoga postures
According to Ayurveda, our body is made up of five elements. It is important to balance these five elements in the right quantity. If even one quantity deteriorates, the body becomes ill. In such a situation, yoga postures help in balancing the elements of the body. These are the benefits of these postures.

-Helps in correcting body posture. Sitting continuously for hours worsens posture. Yoga posture helps for this.

By balancing the elements of the body, metabolism also gets balanced and problems like obesity do not bother.

-Doing Surya Mudra balances the Agni of the body and provides energy.

-Doing Surya Mudra helps in reducing bad cholesterol.

-Also, daily Surya Mudra also corrects digestion.

-If you always have the problem of anxiety, then start practicing Surya Mudra. It relaxes the mind
