Recently, Pilates trainer Namrata Purohit has shared three such body posture mistakes on social media, which can make anyone seriously ill. In such a situation, they should be avoided.

1. Sitting cross-legged
Sitting with legs crossed is a habit of many people. However, this is considered wrong posture. Experts believe that this has a negative impact on the alignment of the spine. Repeating this mistake again and again causes pain in the lower back and hips. Sitting like this may show good manners but can also cause serious harm to health. Therefore this should be avoided.

2. Mistake of sleeping on stomach
Sleeping on the stomach is also quite common. Most people are unaware of its disadvantages. According to experts, sleeping on the stomach has the biggest impact on the respiratory system. This puts extra pressure on both the chest and lungs. Due to which there is difficulty in breathing. This bad habit of sleeping can also cause stomach related problems. There may also be pain in the neck and back.

3. Cracking the neck
Many people crane their necks and crack their necks from time to time. This kind of habit should be given up immediately, because there is a high possibility of internal injury due to it. Such work should be done only under the advice or supervision of experts, if necessary. If you suspect any type of nervous tension, you should immediately consult a doctor.
