Lifestyle News Desk: Due to deteriorating lifestyle and wrong eating habits, most of the people are lacking essential nutrients in their body these days. Due to which problems like pain in hands and legs and fatigue have started troubling people. To get relief from this, many times people resort to massage and fomentation, but after a few days the problem returns again. In such a situation, if you are also troubled by leg pain, then take help of yoga. The problem of pain in hands and legs can be reduced by regular yoga practice. There are some asanas which strengthen the muscles of the legs and help in feeling light. Balasana is also included in such asanas.

It is said about Balasana Yoga that it must be done after Shirshasana. Apart from this, doing Balasana in the morning gives more benefits. Let us know what is the correct way and benefits of doing Balasana. After this, while inhaling, take both your hands upwards and while exhaling, bend forward. Continue this sequence until your palms touch the ground. After this, coming into this posture and keeping your head on the ground, release the body continuously and feel relaxed. Inhale and exhale. Do not hurry while inhaling and exhaling. You can stay in this posture for 1 to 3 minutes. Do this at least 5 times daily.

Benefits of doing Balasana-

-By doing Balasana, mental stress is removed and the muscles of the legs get relief.

-During Balasana, blood circulation increases in the muscles from hands to feet.

Balasana is very beneficial in providing relief from pain and swelling in feet.

-By doing Balasana yoga, blood circulation occurs in the entire body. While thighs, hips and ankles get strengthened.

-By doing Balasana Yoga, there is internal and external massage of the body. While it also provides relief from back pain.
