Gout aka Arthritis is a serious problem associated with bones, which causes the amount of uric acid in the body. Gout causes severe and unbearable pain in the legs and joints. Today we will tell you in our report what yogasanas should be done in the problem of gout.

Get rid of arthritis with the help of these yogasanas

1. Pawanmuktasana

By doing this asana, the blood circulation of the body is improved, due to which there is no gas problem. Arthritis patients should do it daily so that you are easy to make bowel movement and the amount of uric acid does not increase too much.

2. Vajrasana

Vajrasana will also prove beneficial for people suffering from arthritis. This action improves digestion and relieves joint pain. If regular Vajrasana is done regularly for 5-10 minutes after eating daily, then the problem can be reduced.

3. Tadasana

This is one of the simplest rugs that anyone can do. Tadasana is an exercise that not only reduces uric acid, but also makes the muscles strong. By doing this posture, the body becomes flexible. You have to take a deep breath.

4. West West

In this activity, you have to sit and keep the feet straight and then push the body forward. For this, you have to touch your toes so that the action can be done correctly. This asana strengthens metabolism and reduces stress.

5. Setu Bandhasana

This asana is considered very beneficial for the spine, knees and hips. By doing this daily, blood circulation improves and relieves joint pain. By doing this asana, bad toxins also come out of the body.

6. Semi Matsyendrasana

This asana with curved and folded physical posture removes stiffness in the spine and joints. This can be a bit difficult, but it helps the most in reducing arthritis symptoms. It also strengthens the metabolism of the body.

7. Pranayama

This breathing activity reduces mental stress, which relieves both swelling and pain. If it is done daily for some time, it also reduces stress. Pranayama reduces the problem of uric acid.
