Sarvangasana
To do Sarvangasana yoga, lie down on the yoga mat. Then raise your legs upward and take them to a full 90 degree angle. Lift the hips while supporting them with hands and also lift the chest upwards. Due to which the body rises upwards in a straight line. Doing Sarvangasana provides relief in both hypothyroid and hyperthyroid. Along with this, this asana reduces the symptoms of menopause. This yoga has many benefits for women. This includes stretching of the neck, shoulders and toning of the muscles of the hips and legs.

Matsyasana or Fish Pose
By doing Matsyasana, along with stretching the chest and abs, the hip becomes flexible and it also affects the neck. Whereas fish pose affects two chakras of the body. The first is the throat chakra, which is associated with communication and self-expression. The second one is the Crown Chakra, which is located in the upper part of the head. Which is related to knowledge and intelligence. Matsyasana works to awaken both these chakras.

Ustrasana
Doing Camel pose causes strain in the waist, shoulders and neck. Which provides relief. Along with hip opening, doing Ustrasana also removes blockage in the respiratory tract and increases blood circulation. Due to stretch in the neck, blood circulation increases and glands become active.

Bhujangasana
By doing Bhujangasana, the spine becomes flexible as well as strong. It also increases blood circulation in the chest, shoulders, and lungs. Which reduces stress. By reducing stress, the thyroid gland functions properly and provides relief from the problem of hypothyroidism.
