However, bitterness is also very useful in many other diseases like diabetes, blood purification. Today we will learn some easy ways to get rid of bitterness. By following these tips, you can not only eliminate the bitterness of corn, but can also enjoy the bitter vegetable rich in nutrients.

Bitter Reduction Tips..

1. Consumption of salt – Cauliflower has many medicinal properties, but many people consume it only because of its bitterness. If you want to remove bitterness from curry, then chop the curry and put salt overnight. Before making Kakarkaya, wash Kakarkaya thoroughly and prepare its vegetables. By doing this the bitterness of corn will reduce to a great extent.

2. Consumption of curd – Curd is very good for health, but do you know that the elements present in curd can also help in reducing bitterness. To remove the bitterness of corn, cut it into small pieces and soak it in curd for at least an hour before cooking. By doing this the corn will not become bitter to eat.

3. Spices- Bitterness can be reduced to some extent by using different spices in curry. If you make a simple vegetable from Kakarkaya, then this time use onion, fennel or peanuts in it instead of the plain vegetable. Use of these substances in vegetables helps in reducing bitterness.

4. Use of peel – The most bitter peel is on the gourd. In such a situation, remove its peel to remove bitterness. However, keep in mind that there is no need to throw them away, because this peel also contains a lot of nutrients. Add salt and let it dry in the sun for some time. After this, fry the stuffed with spices to make it bitter. Bitterness turns into delicious.
