Before following a daily exercise routine, try incorporating simple and easy exercises into your routine. Try a few minutes of squats, planks and ten minutes of walking or jogging.

decide what to do
Before including fitness in your daily routine, decide what and how much you should do. Just saying “I need to lose weight” is not enough. Instead, set a goal of how much weight to lose in how many months. How to lose one kg weight in a month? Set these goals and try to achieve them.

Also decide which exercise to do
There are many types of exercises like walking, running, breathing exercises, aerobics. Therefore, decide on exercise according to your body’s capacity.

Rest is also important
If you have started exercising then it is also important to give rest to your body. Due to which your body feels relaxed and helps in getting relief from stress caused due to excessive exercise.

Along with exercise, it is important to pay attention to your diet as well. Exercising alone won’t give you many benefits, but if you also eat a balanced, nutrient-rich diet, it will help you get in shape quickly.
