What is Computer Vision Syndrome?

Presently computers and digital screens are used in every field, hence every person who uses digital screens for a long time i.e. more than 2 hours can be affected by Computer Vision Syndrome.
How to protect your eyes:
To protect your eyes, follow the 20-20-20 rule – look at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes. It relaxes the eyes and reduces fatigue. Do not forget to blink while working on the screen. It protects the eyes from drying. Work in adequate lighting. Keep the distance and height of the screen correct. Take a 5-10 minute break every hour. Use blue light filters on glasses or screens to reduce blue light.
