Massage 1
Due to the neck being in the same position continuously, tension accumulates in the muscles and a lump starts to be felt at the place of pain. Therefore, it is necessary to release these lumps. So that the stiffness can be removed. First of all, with the help of the thumb, press the point where the pain is occurring with a light hand. Release it after pressing about ten to fifteen times.
Massage 2
After this, place the thumbs of both hands exactly in the middle of the neck and the beginning of the back and massage towards both shoulders by applying slight pressure. Massage in this way about ten to twenty times.
Massage 3
Apply pressure on the part of the neck where you are feeling pain with the help of your thumb and then slowly bring your thumb down to the shoulder. Doing this ten to twenty times gives relief from stiffness in the neck and also eliminates the lumps that form at this place.
