Black pepper- Sugar patients should also consume black pepper. Eating black pepper helps in controlling blood sugar level. Black pepper contains a component called Pipperin which downs the sugar. Mix 1 teaspoon of black pepper and eat it with water. Eat black pepper before going to bed at night.
