If you want good sleep then these 3 yoga asanas are very beneficial, know the right way to do it.

Lifestyle News Desk: Like obesity, people all over the world are also struggling with the problem of insomnia. American firm Fitbit had conducted a study in the year 2019. According to this study, India is the second country in the world where people are facing problem of insomnia. People here sleep for an average of seven hours and one minute. Not only India, but 50 to 70 million American people are also facing the same problem. Due to lack of sleep, our body has to face many health problems. Our brain gets affected the most and the problem of stress increases. But this problem of sleeplessness can be got rid of by practicing yoga. Here we will tell you about many such yogasanas and pranayam, due to which you will not have any problem in sleeping.

Surya Namaskar
By doing Surya Namaskar the whole body remains healthy. Actually there are 12 types of postures in this asana. By doing 12 asanas of Surya Namaskar, positive energy increases in the body. Besides this, blood circulation also remains good. By doing this Surya Namaskar slowly, our mind becomes stress free.

Yastikasana
To do this asana, lie down on your back. While inhaling, place both your hands on the ground going above the head. Now draw the lower part of the body with the toes and the upper part with the hands. While doing this, wait for 6 seconds. Then while exhaling, come back to the previous position. With this simple practice one can get relief from the problem of sleeplessness.

Bhadrasana
Bhadrasana relaxes the muscles of our body. Also reduces tension in the lower part of the body. By doing Bhadrasana our body becomes strong. These asanas and pranayam increase melatonin levels, which helps in falling asleep easily. This calms both our mind and brain.
