This type of pain takes about 2 to 3 days to heal. In such a situation, body pain is common. But this does not mean that you should stop working out due to fear of pain. If you are also troubled by the pain caused by workout, then you can get relief from the pain by trying some home remedies at home. Body Massage- To get rid of pain and stiffness in muscles after workout, you can get body massage done. Getting massage will improve blood circulation in the body and the muscles will relax. You can use mustard oil, almond oil, tea tree oil for massage.

Healthy diet-
Consuming healthy foods helps in relieving body pain. This is because such foods contain healthy proteins, carbohydrates and fats which are necessary for the muscle tissue to recover quickly. Consuming a protein-rich diet after a workout can help repair muscle damage. For this, include soybean, nuts, eggs and cheese in your diet.
