Sometimes the condition is so serious that it is difficult to move the shoulders even a little. This kind of situation should not be ignored. Here are the symptoms of frozen shoulder and what to do to deal with it.

Symptoms of Frozen Shoulder

The main symptoms of frozen shoulder include pain and stiffness. When this problem occurs, it becomes difficult to move the shoulders. For some people this is sometimes impossible. If reports are to be believed, you will feel mild or severe pain in one shoulder. In this, pain can also be felt in the shoulder muscles. Due to this problem it may be difficult to sleep at night.

How to deal with frozen shoulder

Hot/Cold Compress – Apply a hot or cold pack to the frozen shoulder. This may reduce pain and swelling. A warm compress increases blood flow to the swollen area, while a cold compress slows down blood flow. Along with this, it reduces swelling and pain. For hot compress, you can use a hot towel or a heating pad. Bake the shoulder for at least 20 minutes. Therapy- This pain can be dealt with with the help of therapy. During this therapy, many types of exercises are done. With the help of which shoulder pain will be reduced. Taking therapy daily brings relief soon.

This exercise is helpful

To deal with the pain of frozen shoulder, you can include some exercises in your daily routine. For this, stand straight facing the wall. Then take a ball on the shoulder where there is pain and rotate it in a circular motion. Do this in sets of 30-30. Doing this will provide relief.
