These days, most people are worried about weight gain. Obesity is increasing like an epidemic in the country and the world. Irregularities like unhealthy eating habits, lack of exercise and bad lifestyle are responsible for increasing obesity. In such a situation, if you want to reduce obesity, then first of all improve your diet. Include foods rich in fiber and protein in your diet. Exercise for at least 30 minutes daily. Along with this, you should consume these few drinks on an empty stomach. By consuming these along with good diet and excellent exercise, you can reduce obesity rapidly.
Include these drinks in your diet:
Lemon and honey water: Lemon juice helps flush out toxins, and honey soothes digestion. Drinking it first thing in the morning reduces weight. 1 glass hot water. Mix the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 teaspoon honey together and drink on an empty stomach. You can also add lemon slices or mint leaves to enhance the taste.
Cucumber and Mint Detox Water: The combo of cucumber and mint helps in keeping the body hydrated. Cucumber flushes out toxins while mint soothes digestion. The more you drink this water, the less weight you will lose. Crush cucumber and mint and add it to 1 liter of water. Now after that add lemon juice and soak it overnight. Drink this detox water chilled throughout the day.
Amla Juice: Amla contains vitamin C, antioxidants and minerals like iron, calcium and phosphorus. Drinking fresh amla juice helps in controlling blood sugar levels. Mix amla and jaggery as per taste in 1 cup of water. Drink a glass daily to maintain energy and burn fat.
Fennel water: The antioxidant plant compound in fennel called anethole helps flush out toxins. It reduces weight in a healthy way. Put fennel in 1 cup of water and leave it overnight. Filter it in the morning and drink this water 30 minutes before eating.
