Include these 3 pulses in your diet for weight loss-
Bean lentil-
Moong dal is considered best for weight loss. Let us tell you, moong dal contains nutrients like Vitamin B-6, Vitamin C, iron, fiber, potassium, copper, phosphorus, folate, riboflavin, magnesium, niacin and thiamine. The fiber present in moong dal can help in weight loss. Fiber keeps the stomach full for a long time. It prevents the person from overeating and helps in weight loss.

Masur lentils –
One serving of masoor dal provides about 32 percent of the daily requirement of fiber. This lentil is not only beneficial in weight loss but also in controlling cholesterol level and protecting from diseases like diabetes. Apart from this, this pulse is also a good source of potassium, folate and iron.

Gram-
Gram is also called Kabuli gram. It is rich in nutrients like protein, vitamins, calcium, potassium and magnesium. All these nutrients can help in weight loss by making digestion healthy and strong as well as making bones strong. Eating gram rich in fiber makes a person feel less hungry, which can help in reducing weight.

How many pulses is right to eat for weight loss?
People who consume non-veg should consume 30 grams of pulses daily in their diet and vegetarian people should consume at least 60 grams of pulses daily.
