New Delhi, March 29 (IANS). The weather is turning. The winter has called us bye and the summer is welcoming by spreading arms. Along with the mood in lieu of the weather, we should also stop some of our habits. A diet plan should be made that is perfect for health. Health should also be fine and weight does not increase.
Ancient medical method Ayurveda also advises to focus on food and drink. Well, Nutritionist Dr. Amit Kumar spoke to IANS on how to lose weight by eating like children. He told three sutras that make the results good. It is not included in it like avoiding food or dieting, do not have to sit on a high chair like children and do not even put bibs!
Dr. Mishra says, “We can learn a lot from a child. It is very surprising that a child can give us a roadmap to stay healthy without any experience.”
First of all, you do not have to take much gap between two diets. In just one to three hours, some solid and healthy food should be used. Solid protein sources such as eggs, cheese or yogurt should be included, as well as fibrous carbohydrates such as whole grains. Include fruits or vegetables for a balanced start of the day.
After three to four hours, take a soup or salad made of vegetables. Protein should include a vegetarian mixture or meat of beans and grains.
A small meal taken in a planned manner in the afternoon fills the interval between lunch and dinner well, so that there is no longer hungry.
According to the nutritionist, “This may be a small but satisfactory option such as fruit, light entry salad or protein-mixed smoothie with cheese.”
About four hours after dinner small snacks should be eaten. One or two serving of ripe vegetables and a fresh salad are better.
The doctor says, “High fiber grain with soy milk or yogurt is another option, and for some hot, cocoa or tea can be a great way to relax. Also milk and banana can also be taken as dinner.”
The second most important thing is not to be hurry while eating. Just like children do it. Easy apply 10-15 minutes to eat. Adults should do the same. Ayurveda also says that every person should chew.
According to the expert, there is also a psychology behind it. In fact, eating quickly makes it difficult for your brain to understand that your stomach is full, resulting in you can eat more.
The third and most important thing should avoid eating anything. Eat food only when you are hungry because you are bored or are under stress. Doctor Kumar says- “Like children, it is necessary to listen to the natural hunger signs of your body.”
Diet at small intervals, avoiding haste and not according to the mood, eating according to hunger can be the three important sources to lose weight. However, before making any kind of habit a part of your lifestyle, expert advice must be taken. That is because everyone’s nature is different.
