3. Imitating others- This is also an important fact about which the fitness coach tells, she says that everyone’s body is different, so following someone else’s diet or exercise will not be right for you.
4. Doing strength training daily- According to Reeva, strength training is necessary for weight loss but the body also needs rest. While doing such exercises, there is stress on the muscles, due to which the body feels more tired. You should follow such practice by taking a gap of 1 or 2 days in a week.
5. Avoiding carbohydrates- According to fitness coaches, carbohydrates do not increase weight. Therefore it is not right to avoid it. He says that everyone needs to understand that it is important to keep the amount of carbohydrates in the body equal. It is an important part of our daily diet.
