Lifestyle News Desk: Many people are confused about weight loss. They feel that weight loss exercises cannot be done without going to the gym and without equipment. But many body weight exercises can be done with the help of one’s own body weight. Which can help in rapid weight loss. This exercise works like anti-gravity and weight loss occurs with the help of weights. Know which are those exercises which are body weight exercises which help in weight loss fast.

To do the Mountain Climber exercise, rest your hands on the ground and come into plank position. And keep the knees up and rest the whole body on the soles. Now lift your legs step by step like climbing stairs. Doing this exercise not only strengthens the muscles of legs and hands but also reduces belly fat rapidly.

Plank targets the core muscles and strengthens the muscles. To do plank, keep your hands on the ground and soles on the ground. Keep the rest of the body above the ground. Make sure the elbows rest on the ground. So that your hands get full support. During this, the back should remain absolutely straight. Stay in this position for at least 30 seconds. Gradually increase this time. Plank targets all over body weight and helps in weight loss.

pushups
With the help of pushups, chest and biceps muscles get strengthened and weight also reduces. If you want to start with pushups, start with wall pushups.

Russian twist
Russian twist exercise helps in reducing hip, waist and belly fat rapidly. To do this exercise, sit on the ground and bend your knees together. Keep your back straight and hands together. Now rotate your waist and hands and touch the ground on the left side. Similarly, move your hands rotatingly to the right side also. Keep in mind that the feet should not rest on the ground. Feel tension in the waist and abdominal muscles during exercise. Do this exercise daily with 10-15 repetitions.

burpees
Burpees target all over body muscles and help in weight loss. There are many stages of burpees. But it is easier to start with the basics. These steps are included in this.

First stand and then come into a squat position.

Come into plank position with hands on the ground.

Do push ups and immediately return to the squat position.

Stand straight and jump. Initially repeat at least 10-15 times.
