How to make Amla Shots
To make this, take 3 to 4 gooseberries and then cut them. Now put it in a blender jar and grind it smooth without adding water. Then put this smooth paste in a sieve and press it to extract its juice.
Amla shots will provide many benefits
1) It helps balance the thyroid and prevents hair fall. Apart from this, it also delays premature graying.
2) It also helps in acidity, bloating or other gastric problems.
3) Amla juice improves digestion and also helps in reducing high sugar and cholesterol. This is the reason why it is good for the heart.
4) It contains high amount of Vitamin C. Which is a powerhouse of energy and immunity. It is also a powerful antioxidant that helps protect the skin from oxidative stress caused by free radicals.
5) These shots purify the blood, hence it is very good for all skin problems also.
6) It contains Vitamin A, hence it is good for the eyes.

8) Can be used for both weight loss and weight gain. To increase weight, mix 1 teaspoon Amla powder with 1 teaspoon ghee. Then after 5 minutes, sip it in lukewarm water and eat it. For weight loss, add 1 teaspoon honey in Amla shot and drink it every morning.
