Yoga is only for women-
A survey has revealed that men think that yoga is only for women, but this is completely wrong. According to the Journal of Sexual Medicine, yoga is very beneficial for the physical and mental health of men. Doing yoga improves the sexual health of men. In such a situation, instead of believing in this myth related to yoga, start practicing yoga from today itself.

Stylish clothes are necessary for yoga
There is no truth in this myth related to yoga. What clothes you should wear to practice yoga entirely depends on your preference. For yoga practice, you should always wear only those clothes which you feel comfortable wearing.

No time for yoga-
If you think that due to your busy lifestyle you will not be able to find time to practice yoga, then your thinking is also wrong. You do not need to practice for hours to do yoga. You can practice different types of yoga on the go, even while doing household chores. Keep in mind that doing yoga for even 10 minutes can be beneficial for your health. So stop making excuses for not having time and make yoga your priority.

The body is not flexible for yoga
People often avoid doing yoga thinking that their body is not flexible. If you also think like this about yoga, then ask yourself how the body will become flexible without doing yoga. A study published in the Journal of Physical Therapy Science found that women who participated in a series of 20 90-minute yoga classes had greater flexibility in their spine and hamstring muscles.
