Symptoms of low blood pressure
Sudden feeling of weakness, dizziness, fatigue, depression, nausea, thirst, paleness in the skin, body becoming cold, difficulty in breathing, stiff neck, fever can be the signs of low blood pressure.
What to eat when BP is low?
Caffeine- When your blood pressure drops, you will get relief by drinking caffeine-containing things like coffee or tea. Whenever your blood pressure drops suddenly, drink 1 cup of coffee or tea immediately. This will help in normalizing the blood pressure.
Tulsi- Patients of low BP should chew Tulsi leaves daily. Chewing 5 Tulsi leaves every morning and drinking its juice normalizes blood pressure. Tulsi contains an antioxidant called eugenol which keeps blood pressure under control.
Raisins and gram- If you are a patient of low blood pressure, then eat gram and raisins. For this, wash 50 grams of gram and 10 grams of raisins thoroughly and then soak them in clean water. In the morning, chew and eat gram and raisins together and drink its water.
Carrot and spinach- Carrot and spinach juice is beneficial for low BP patients. It helps in controlling blood pressure. Mixing some spinach juice in about 200 grams of carrot juice and drinking it keeps the BP normal.
Cinnamon- Patients of low blood pressure can use cinnamon. For this, take cinnamon powder with warm water daily. You will get a lot of benefits. If you want, you can take it with water in the morning and evening.
