Mint leaves will provide relief

In such a situation, boil eight to ten mint leaves, one spoon celery, black pepper and a little crushed ginger in water and give its steam to the children. This short recipe will give relief from blocked nose
Saline water is used to open blocked nose of children. Instead of using saline water containing chemicals, add salt and two drops of boiled distilled water at home. This makes it easier to open blocked nose.
