Balasana (Child Pose)
Practice Balasana for at least ten minutes every day. Sit on your knees and touch the ground with your head. Stretch your hands forward. Doing this will give relief from back pain.
Cat-Cow Pose or Marjariasana
This is an effective yogasana for back pain. Stand on your knees and toes and then move your back inwards and then pull it outwards. This kind of movement of the back relaxes the spine and provides relief from pain.
bhujangasana
Due to continuous sitting, children’s waist gets bent. In such a situation, Bhujangasana should be done. This not only stretches the shoulders but also stretches the waist bone. This gives relief from pain.
Merudandasana
Doing Merudandasana gives relief from back pain. To do this asana, lie down on your back. Spread your hands completely on both sides. Now bend your legs near the knees and stand up. Without moving your back, first bend it towards the left from near the waist. This will rotate your legs but the back should remain stable at its place. Do this yogasana while rotating it to the left and right. This gives relief from back pain.
