Why do legs start trembling before periods

Changes in hormone levels can affect blood circulation, which can reduce blood circulation in the legs and other organs. This can cause pain, numbness or tingling in the legs.

Stress and anxiety

Some psychological factors such as stress and anxiety can increase leg pain and other physical symptoms. Hormonal changes associated with periods can cause emotional fluctuations in women. This can increase tension and stress.

How to reduce leg tremors and pain before periods

1. Change your lifestyle and improve your eating habits.

2. Include as much fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in your diet as possible, this helps maintain hormonal balance and prevents pain or tremors.

3. Drinking adequate water prevents water resistance and prevents shivering or swelling.

4. Exercise regularly, it improves blood circulation.

5. Do meditation, yoga and breathing exercises.
