Why does eating fruit cause jaggery to form in the stomach?

It is inevitable that it is present in all fruits. However, the body of some people is unable to digest this sugar properly. Due to which problems like swelling and gas start occurring. Dimple says that this fruit is especially not good for children. Stomach can also get upset.
Fruits are high in fructose
Who doesn’t like to eat watermelon in summer? It contains high amount of fructose. Due to which there may be some difficulty in digesting it and gas problem can also occur. At the same time, some doctors believe that gas formation by eating fruits can also be your genetic reason. In this whole matter, doctors say that if gas is formed by eating watermelon, then you can eat it by adding a pinch of black pepper or fruit masala to it.

Especially processed food, soft drinks, sweets, honey all have high levels of fructose. Apples, pears, mangoes, cherries and watermelons are so rich in sugar or sorbitol that consuming them in excess can cause gas and bloating.
