Barley: Barley is very beneficial in getting rid of obesity. That is why experts recommend eating roti or bhakri made of it. Consuming barley not only reduces obesity but also controls diabetes and bad cholesterol.
Ginger: Ginger has a warming effect, it improves digestion and is also good for heart health. Add grated ginger to herbal green tea and drink it 1 hour before or after meals. This will reduce weight rapidly.
Turmeric: Turmeric helps in weight loss and improves immunity. To reduce obesity, use a pinch of turmeric with half a teaspoon of honey and amla on an empty stomach.
Amla: Amla balances Vata, Pitta and Kapha and also rejuvenates the body. Its consumption is very good for diabetes, hair fall and acidity. Take Amla with 1 teaspoon honey on an empty stomach or 1 hour after meals.
