Get slim fit figure in 5 easy ways

1. Running- If you do not want to go to the gym in summer then you can run on the roof of the house or in a nearby park to lose weight. Running 30 to 40 minutes daily in the morning can help a lot in weight loss.

2. Pushups- You can also do pushups at home. By doing this exercise, the stomach is reduced and excess fat is also reduced. Doing pushups reduces fat, shoulders and fat around the chest. Heart health is also improved by doing this exercise.

3. Protein Diet- Trainer Rahul says that for weight loss, you should also include protein intake in your diet. Consuming your protein should be doubled by your weight. For example, if your weight is 50 kg, then your daily protein content should be up to 100 grams.

4. Consumption of water- You have to drink plenty of water. Yes, according to experts you should drink 6 to 7 liters of water daily. Water removes toxic substances from the body. Water helps in hydration. In summer, the body needs more water so that you can avoid thirst.

5. Sleep- Sleep is the most important factor to stay healthy and control body weight. If you get proper sleep daily, then you will get the benefit of measures adopted for fitness, but wrong sleep habits can take water on your hard work.
