New Delhi, 17 May (IANS). Health Minister of Delhi Government Dr. Pankaj Kumar Singh inaugurated the ‘Brain Health Clinic’ at Indira Gandhi Hospital in Dwarka on Saturday. This clinic is dedicated to solutions to mental health problems, especially diseases such as anxiety (anxiety).
Speaking to news agency IANS, Dr. Pankaj Singh said that every class in today’s life, whether young, elderly or children, are struggling with all kinds of pressure. Studies pressure, job stress, business concern, all of them directly affect the minds of people. The problem of anxiety and stress has now become common and it can be dangerous to ignore it.
He said that this brain health clinic will give people a platform where they will be able to share mental and psychological problems without any hesitation. During this time he also announced that such clinics will be opened in every district of Delhi in the coming time, so that every citizen can get mental health related facilities.
Appealing to the public, the Health Minister said that if anyone is having mental or psychological problems, then he must come to Indira Gandhi Hospital and meet the doctors openly. Here they will get advice and treatment without any hesitation.
The Health Minister wrote on the social media platform X, “‘Brain Health Clinic’ was inaugurated at Indira Gandhi Hospital today. The purpose of this department is to provide timely diagnosis and treatment of mental and neurological health problems. This initiative is not only technically advanced, but also a symbol of our awareness and commitment to mental health.
