Today we will talk about sabja (basil) seeds rich in qualities. These seeds, which look similar to chia seeds, are very beneficial due to their special properties. It is considered a super food. Rich in many nutrients, these seeds work like magic in the body.

Let us tell you that Sabja (Basil) seeds are called basil seeds. Many times people consider chia seeds and sabja seeds to be the same. But both of them are completely different. These are small black colored seeds which provide many health benefits due to their special properties. This is the only seed which is used in indigenous medicines.

Knowing about the benefits of sabja seeds, you will be forced to include it in your diet. Sabja seeds contain abundant amounts of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and many essential nutrients which help in improving health.

Sabja seeds, rich in low calories and high fiber, help in increasing immunity. These work better on digestive problems. Due to their high fiber properties, they solve all types of stomach related problems.

Apart from this, they are also beneficial in weight loss. It also works quickly on the problem of bloating in the body. Along with this, they also help in maintaining the cholesterol level of the body and thus keep heart diseases away.

If it is properly included in your diet, it works miraculously on the body. It can be eaten after soaking it in water for 15-20 minutes. It can also be taken with curd, smoothie or other beverages. Remember to use it in limited quantities only.
