Getting a good sleep keeps the body healthy, reduces the risk of many diseases like heart disease, stroke, obesity, and dementia. In such a situation, we tell you which routine of just a few minutes should be included in the day so that along with good sleep, better energy and concentration is also maintained.

Yoga can help you a lot in this. For this, you will have to include yoga in your daily routine. Doing yoga as soon as you wake up in the morning is considered beneficial for the body. Good sleep does not only mean a lot of sleep. Five minutes of yoga routine proves beneficial for better sleep. While doing yoga, focus on deep breathing, which keeps the body very active.

Yoga is something that if you have trouble doing it on a mat or asana, then you can practice yoga sitting on a chair. It can also be taken as chair yoga, which helps in improving muscles, better breathing habits, stress reduction, better sleep and health. These are all the benefits that are commonly associated with yoga.

Yoga also improves flexibility but there are some stretching exercises which can improve the flexibility of the body in a better way. These are called stretching exercises which increase the flexibility of the body and work to improve the blood flow of muscles and joints. By doing this, pain in muscles and joints is reduced and there is also better efficiency in doing daily tasks.

Side bends strengthen the back and lower back muscles. It also helps in balancing the body. There are many ways to do side bends, such as dumbbell side bends, easy pose side bends and standing side bends.

Along with adopting the above things in your lifestyle, you also have to be careful while using electronic gadgets. When you wake up in the morning, stay away from electronic gadgets like mobile or TV. Using them can be a stressful way to start the day. So stay away from mobile or electronic items in the morning and instead focus on physical activities like walking, jogging or other physical activities. There can be no better way to start your day.
