These vitamins are essential for fighting infections, healing wounds, developing and maintaining strong bones and teeth, and helping regulate hormones. These vitamins are found in these foods:

Vitamin A

Vitamin B

Whole grains – (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9) Rich in vitamins. Meat (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12) – This includes pork, beef and poultry. Eggs (B2, B5, B7) – Rich in many B vitamins.
