The problem of not sleeping at night has become common due to day -long tension, fatigue and work. Every other man has to face this problem. Due to not sleeping well at night, irritability starts during the day and also comes to a nap, which spoils your whole day. Due to not getting enough sleep, diseases also grip quickly. Are you also troubled by this problem, so we have brought some such tips and easy ways for you, which will not make you sleeping and will sleep as soon as you close your eyes.

Dr. Kunal Sood, an anesthesiologist and expert at interventional pen medicine, has shared these tips with people on Instagram. In which gold does not depend only on how tired you have been. Your body should get gold signals at the right time. But many times you are unable to sleep. You should follow these hex for good and timely sleep.

Remedy for immediate sleep

First remedy- If you do not sleep at night, you first lie down on your bed and breathe for 4 seconds, then hold it for 7 seconds. After this, pull the breath for 8 seconds. See you will sleep in a while.

Second remedy- You should wear socks while sleeping for better sleep. Wearing socks will make your feet hot. Due to which your brain will get the body to cool the body, which gives good sleep. In a study, it has been found that people who sleep wearing cotton socks are able to sleep for 32 minutes, as well as wake up less at night.

Third remedy- Smelling lavender oil also leads to good sleep. Lavender contains some compounds that are emotionally connected to your brain. It has been found in 11 clinical trials, which reduces the stress level to people. Heart rate, BP and cholesterol levels are also low. You can also use lavender if you do not sleep.
