Eating 1-2 teaspoons of ghee throughout the day does not cause harm, but you must also do some kind of physical activity with it. Taking 1 glass of low fat milk at night will not cause damage. You can drink turmeric milk. Lukered milk water is beneficial at night. But drinking more milk than this can cause harm.
