The habit of watching reels before sleeping is dangerous
According to Dr. Sameer Bhati, when you sleep at night, our body makes a hormone, which is called melatonin hormone. So as soon as you started watching the screen, you took a mobile phone in your hand, then you will sign the brain that it is not the day it is night and the memelatonin hormone is being built is disturbed. This hormone begins to release from 6-7 pm. This affects sleep. Apart from this, when we go to sleep, we have brain waves. In which alpha is that we are in relaxed mode. Beta means we are talking, but when you are looking at the mobile phone, you go to your waves in beta from Alpha.
As soon as you wake up in the morning, you can make a habit of watching the phone sick
If you first pick up a mobile phone as soon as you wake up in the morning, then see your brain delta i.e. deep sleep and as soon as you wake up, you saw something that your brain goes to beta again.
