Enumerating the benefits of jaggery and gram, the nutritionist said, “Jaggery and gram contain abundant amounts of iron, calcium and minerals, which are beneficial to the body.” Consuming jaggery and gram not only provides energy to the body, it also strengthens the digestive system.
Dr. Swati Singh further said, “If you feel lethargic throughout the day, then consuming jaggery and gram can be very beneficial for you. Both are natural things, the calcium, minerals and iron present in them fill the body with energy.
Enumerating more benefits from this, the nutritionist said, “Many times constipation occurs due to outside food or any other reason, due to which there is difficulty in cleaning the stomach, in such a situation both these things work in a better way for the digestive system.” Do it. Along with this, jaggery works to purify the blood, while gram throws out toxins from the body.
He said, “People who are working on their weight can also include gram and jaggery in their diet. The fiber present in gram helps in weight loss by reducing appetite. Along with this, it also works to strengthen the bones.
He further said, “Many times joint pain occurs during the winter season, which causes a lot of trouble. But if you make gram and jaggery a part of your diet, then it works better on that problem.
