In today’s time, we spend time in front of the screen for hours, in such a situation, weakness and fatigue of the eyes has become a common problem. But, with only 5 to 10 minutes of yoga and pranayama, you can increase your eyesight and also help to keep them healthy.
Bhastrika Pranayama is very beneficial for the eyes. There is a process of breathing and exhaling faster. It should be done only 2 to 3 minutes at a time. Bhastrika increases the supply of oxygen to the eyes, which cleanses the vision and removes the fatigue of the eyes.
Trataka is a meditation technique, in which a point such as a candle flame or circle is seen without blinking an eye. It should be done in a quiet place. Palming with the palm: Rub and heat your palms and keep it lightly on the closed eyes. Take a deep breath for 1-2 minutes. It relaxes the eyes and reduces stress.
The palms of both your hands should be rubbed together and put them on the eyes. This causes the warmth of the palms to fly the eyes. This process should be done for 5 to 10 minutes, which is beneficial for the eyes.
