Nowadays there are very few people who are able to do things of their choice in job, work. Otherwise, most people are unable to do their favorite things in the disaster of fulfilling responsibilities. Due to the remaining situation for a long time, stress and anxiety start dominating people, despite such a free physical activity, they start attacking diseases. Because people pay attention to physical health but ignore the health of the mind. As a result, the risk of diseases like diabetes, hypertension, heart problem, individual, obesity, depression increases. Many times symptoms like breathing, heartbeat, muscle stiffness, fatigue, headache also come due to stress-tension.

If you want to avoid these problems, then reduce the burden of worldliness from the mind. Take time for yourself, this is the golden formula of Happiness. The country which has been on top of the list of happy countries of the world for the last 8 years i.e. Finland. There people work 40 hours a week on an average, while there are 48 hours of minimum average work entity in our country. There are about 30 vacation holidays a year and they are paid on extra after working during the holiday. Holidays are also found in India, but the companies paying on work on holiday are few. That is why I said in the beginning, if there is no separate time to enjoy life, then enjoy the work itself. Make yoga-workout meditation pranayama a part of life so that both body and mind are healthy.

How to be happy?

Help others. Stretching 10 seconds every hour every hour. Keep smiling pictures of your loved ones. Eating sweet increases happiness

Increased agration – control control

Walk for a while, do yoga daily. Do meditation. Take a deep breath, listen to music.

Anger dangerous – be careful

Understand the pattern of anger. Do not lose their temper in anger. Learn self -control. Recognize the symptoms of anger
