Excessive intake of junk and processed foods

According to a report by Harvard Medical School, processed food contains high amounts of trans fat and high fructose corn syrup, which accumulates fat in the liver and increases the risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. If you want to keep your liver healthy, eat balanced homemade food and include green vegetables, fruits, whole grains and healthy fats in your diet. Avoid processed food and reduce the intake of fried things.

Do not take too much pain relieving medicines.

According to the National Institute of Health, taking too much pain relievers and antibiotics can cause damage to the liver, as they are metabolic in the liver and can damage the liver by increasing toxins. For this reason, always take medicines only after consulting a doctor. Avoid taking more painkillers than necessary and adopt natural pain prevention measures. For this, you should use ginger, turmeric and lukewarm water.

Low sleep and more stress

According to a study by the University of California, low sleep affects the liver’s discourage process and toxins start accumulating in the body. This increases the risk of diseases like fatty liver. The stress puts additional pressure on the liver and weakens its function. For this reason, get a good sleep of at least 7 to 8 hours daily. Avoid too much sweet things.

For this reason, reduce the amount of sugar in your diet. Instead of soft drinks and sweet packaged juice, eat coconut water and detox drink. If you want to eat something sweet, then use natural sweet substances like honey and jaggery.

Drinking too much alcohol

According to the American Liver Foundation report, excessive alcohol intake causes damage to liver cells and increases the risk of liver cirrhosis. Alcohol causes inflammation in the liver and gradually weakens its functionality, so if you want to keep the liver healthy then reduce the consumption of alcohol or leave it completely. If it is difficult to leave it, then take it in limited quantity and consume healthy foods along with drinking more water.

These are signs of liver failure

If you feel weak or fatigue all the time without any reason, it can be a sign of liver problem. When the liver is not able to filter the toxic elements properly, the energy of the body starts decreasing, due to which you may feel tired all the time. Liver damage also affects the digestive system. If you often have problems like gas, indigestion, abdominal pain or vomiting, it can be a sign of liver problem. When the liver is not able to function properly, a substance called bilirubin starts increasing in the body, due to which the color of the eyes and skin starts to turn yellow. This is usually called jaundice and is a major symptom of liver damage. If the liver is damaged, there may be inflammation in the stomach, especially in the upper right side of the stomach, mild pain or heaviness may be felt. If this problem persists, it should not be ignored. If your weight is suddenly decreasing without any dieting or exercise or you are not feeling like eating, then it can be a sign of liver problem. If your urine is getting very dark yellow or brown and you are drinking enough water, it can be a sign of liver problem. The toxins present in the body are not able to filter properly due to the spoil of the liver, due to which itching, pimples or rashes begin to occur on the skin.
