शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा बढ़ाता है दीर्घ प्राणायाम, अनिद्रा की समस्या होती है दूर

New Delhi, 4 July (IANS). Almost all of us must have seen the film ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’, in which the depths of the sea are shown in a very brilliant way. There is a scene in this film, where the children of the hero are taught the art of breathing under water. During this time, he is also taught ‘long pranayama’. Actually, this is a special type of breathing practice, which increases the strength of the lungs and reaches more oxygen in the body. ‘Long Pranayama’ is part of our own Indian tradition, which has been found in yoga for centuries. The Government of India and Yoga experts also believe in the benefits of this pranayama.

According to the Government of India, long pranayama can make age long, because it makes the body strong from inside. When we take deep breaths every day and leave it slowly, the capacity of the lungs increases and the body starts getting full amount of oxygen. With this, not only the body remains healthy, but old age also comes late.

This pranayama also strengthens the chest, lungs and muscles. When we fill a deep breath, our lungs spread completely and this increases their functionality. The chest opens and the muscles associated with the breath also become active, which gives good support to the body.

Stress is reduced to a great extent by doing long pranayama. This pranayama calms the mind and relaxes the mind. When we breathe deeply, the heartbeat is normal and removes anxiety, irritability or restlessness. For this reason, there is agility in the body.

This pranayama increases the level of oxygen in the body. When the lungs start functioning with full capacity, oxygen reaches every organ properly, which reduces fatigue and feels energetic. At the same time, the contaminated elements accumulated in the body also come out, which increases the strength to fight against diseases.

Long pranayama is a mental peace. It stabilizes the brain, which keeps the focus and the mind takes care of studies or work. It is also very effective in increasing concentration and getting rid of insomnia.

Long pranayama is very easy. To do this, you lay down on your back by laying a posture in a quiet place. Then place the palms of both hands on the stomach and make sure that the fingers between your two hands are touching each other near the navel. Now breathe slowly and leave the stomach loose. Then breathe and inflate the stomach slowly. Repeat this action for about 5 minutes. While breathing, note that first the breath goes into the chest, then in the ribs and finally reach the stomach. Take care of this sequence while exhaling. While breathing, the shoulders will rise upwards and come down while leaving.
