Consumption of Desi Ghee and black pepper is effective in these problems:
Beneficial for eyes: Ghee is rich in vitamins A, D, E and K which are very beneficial for eye health. To increase vision, eat a pinch of black pepper mixed with 1 teaspoon of ghee every day. This improves eyesight. If there is a pimple on the eyelids, rub black pepper in water and apply it, the pimple ripens and bursts.
Beneficial in cold and cough: Black pepper and ghee have many properties that strengthen our immune system. So if you are suffering from common cough, asthma and chest pain, then consume them. Mix a pinch of black pepper powder in one teaspoon of ghee. This will cure cold and cough.

Take 1 tablespoon of ghee and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. In a small bowl, mix the ghee and black pepper well until the black pepper is evenly distributed.
