They sleep in the morning and sleep throughout the day, resulting in their diet, work and routine and the risk of diseases also increases.
Do not do this work before sleeping
1. Do not use cell phones –
Nowadays, the habit of watching the reel keeps a person awake all night and night. After sleeping on the bed at night, avoid working on your smartphone, laptop or iPad. Also, do not make the mistake of messaging a friend or family just before bedtime or joining the group chat. By doing this you will not be able to sleep quickly, which can affect your sleep cycle.
2. Sleeping after drinking tea/coffee
Many people like to drink tea and coffee in the evening. Which is one of the wrong habits. Actually, caffeine is present in tea or coffee, which keeps the brain awake. This is the reason that after eating at night, drinking tea, coffee, chocolate, cola, soda or energy drinks should be avoided.
3. Avoid exercising-
We should avoid exercising before sleeping at night, because exercising before bedtime makes our brain active, which can make us sleepy. Therefore, exercise should always be done in the morning or evening.
4. Sleep immediately after studies
Keep your mind in a state of rest before bedtime. Soon after studies, the mind is entangled in the same accounts. So take a little break after studying and then go to sleep.
5. Do not sleep with pets-
People sleep in bed with their pets, which is a bad habit. Pets continue to move while sleeping, so that their sleep remains incomplete.
6. Drinking alcohol and sleeping –
Drinking alcohol can make you sleep quickly, but you will have to face problems like restlessness and frequent eye opening during sleep. At the same time, avoid eating anything heavy before sleeping or late at night. Because it can provide energy to the body and activate the brain. If the mind is not calm then sleep will not come good.
