Morning or evening? Know when to take a bath is the most beneficial for health

New Delhi, 21 May (IANS). Our day is fulfilled by our small habits. One of them is the habit of bathing. Some people like to take a bath as soon as they wake up in the morning, so that they feel fresh and full of energy. At the same time, some people take a bath before sleeping at night, so that the body gets rest and it can sleep better.

The Sleep Foundation conducted a survey in the US in 2022, according to which, 42 percent of American people prefer to take a bath in the morning to start the day with freshness. At the same time, 25 percent of people take a bath before sleeping at night so that they can sleep by removing the fatigue of the day and sleeping cleanly. The remaining people take bath sometimes in the morning, sometimes night or both times.

First let’s talk about what are the benefits of bathing. Bathing keeps the body clean. Sweating, dust and dirt are removed. Freshness is found, fatigue is relieved and feels good. Bacteria and germs are removed, which reduces the risk of diseases. Skin is excellent. Especially if you take a bath at night, the body is in a comfortable position and sleep is good.

Bathing is very beneficial not only for the body, but also for the brain. According to experts, bathing reduces stress and anxiety. Positive hormones are activated in the body and the nerves system is calm. The muscles filled with sweat and fatigue get relief.

There is a tremendous debate among the people about the right time of bathing. Many people have the opinion that bathing in the morning is right, while some believe that it is better to take a bath before going to bed at night. Everyone has their own reason.

In the morning bathing people say that the day starts with freshness and cleanliness and people who bathe at night believe that the day-long dust and mud and sweat removes sleep. But there is an important aspect in this debate and that is your sheet… that is, the time of bathing is not only for you, but also for cleaning your bed!

An article published in the American Cleveland Clinic ORG has written a very close talk about bathing. It quoted Dr. Alok Vij, a dermatologist of Indian origin, said that “any kind of friction removes the outer part of your skin and removes. When you lie in the bed at night, some skin cells are removed due to that friction.
