Sleep and wake up regularly

Walking between work

Stay hydrated

Dr. Shravani says that she avoids checking email or social media as soon as she wakes up in the morning. Instead, she uses that time in yoga, walking or reading for a while. This reduces stress and keeps your digestive system healthy and you are able to eat food on time.
